St. Marks monarch festival returns after last year’s cancellation

WCTV reports that St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge’s Monarch Butterfly Festival will return November 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., after last year’s government-shutdown cancellation. Refuge project leader Jon Wallace says the event will connect visitors with monarch migration and pollinator conservation.
